Dj Spinall

Sodamola Oluseye Desmond is a DJ from Nigeria. He is popularly known as DJ Spinall a.k.a TheCap. He grew up in Lagos, born June 2nd as third child from a family of five. Dj Spinall started calling himself Spinall in 2003. Spin – all just as the name implies signifies a DJ who plays all kinds of genre of music, Dj Spinall  is not restricted to any specific genre, his style of play has been tagged by many as ‘fearless’ as a result of his ability to bring all kinds of music in one playlist. This obviously differentiated DJ Spinall out from the lots and won him several awards.He didn’t opt out from school to become a DJ, after receiving standard human education, He went to several DJ schools and was schooled by The Legendary DJ Slim, The Legendary DJ Hotega & Of course The Legendary DJ Jimmyjatt who added finishing touches.Dj Spinall is a proud holder in Electrical Electronics Engineering, he is also a proud member of the coalition of Nigerian DJs worldwide also known as NDJs. With experiences lasting close to a decade in the industry, the Unstoppable DJ Spinall has worked as a DJ on Ray Power FM Lagos and Eko FM Lagos and endless Club Djing experiences in the United States Of America, Lagos, Abuja, Ibadan, Yola, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Ogun, Oyo, Sokoto and beyond.DJ Spinall is the Official DJ for Wande Coal, he is also the Official DJ for the Nigerian music industry night show casing and celebrating Nigerian music industry and the entire artist and musicians. He also has a deep working relationship with 2face Idibia & Sound Sultan and also Mo cheddah, Waje, Jaywon, Dammy krane, 2shots and Rocksteady just to mention a few. Dj Spinall also has been on tour with different artist across the country at different times.He has been very instrumental to the development of the Nigerian music. Some of his Mixtapes have crossed beyond the border of Nigeria therefore exporting Nigerian talents far and wide. He recently launched a party Mixtape titled The Crazy Azz Party Mix a.k.a TheCap as a symbol of his noticeable style of dressing .He added the traditional cap (Fila) to his outfit tracing his roots back to the Yoruba race and culture. TheCap which he tags as The Crazy Azz Party has since then been his identity. Ever since then a lot of party lovers have been seen wearing similar caps at event.
